Warranty Terms

Please read these Warranty Terms carefully and use the Product in accordance with its intended purpose, following the principles of proper operation described in the Installation and Maintenance Manual enclosed with the Product. Familiarity with and adherence to these rules are the basis for the reliable and long-term functionality of the Product.

General Provisions

FINITURA sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Stanisława Taczaka 24/103, 61-819 Poznań (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor or MOLTEFORME), provides a warranty for Products sold and used within the territory of Poland, which are part of the Guarantor’s commercial offer, within the scope specified in this warranty. This warranty does not affect the validity of generally applicable Polish legal provisions regarding, in particular, product liability or non-conformity with the contract. The beneficiary of this warranty may exercise rights arising from product non-conformity independently of the rights under this warranty. This warranty is granted to end users of the Products, hereinafter referred to as Consumers, i.e., entities who purchased the Product for their own needs and not for resale or professional/commercial purposes.

Warranty Declaration

The Guarantor confirms the conformity of the Products with labeling and intended use, provided they are installed and used, including maintained and cleaned, in accordance with the principles and requirements set out in the Installation and Maintenance Manual (hereinafter: the Manual), provided with the Product and available on the Guarantor’s website. The warranty covers only material or workmanship defects originating from the Product at the time of its delivery to the Consumer and revealed during the warranty period. Under the warranty, the Consumer is entitled to free repair of the Product if the defect appears within the warranty period. The Consumer must verify the completeness and visible condition of the Product upon receipt and prior to installation. If damage or defects are found after installation (excluding hidden defects), the Consumer will bear the costs of installation and removal (e.g., tile chiseling).

The Product should be installed to allow disassembly without damaging other fixtures; the Guarantor does not cover repair or replacement costs of such fixtures. Work to provide access to the Product (e.g., removal of covers or housing) must be performed by the Consumer at their own expense before warranty services are provided.

The Guarantor declares that the products comply with Polish legal requirements for marketing and construction use. Color differences within the same collection may occur due to the production process and do not constitute a defect.

MOLTEFORME Products Warranty Coverage

  • Bathroom accessories: 2 years (non-chrome finishes made with technologies other than PVD: 2 years).

The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase of the Product as shown on the purchase document.

Claim Submission

Before submitting a claim, the Consumer must check that the defect was not caused by improper transport or storage or by non-compliant installation, use, or maintenance. Any product defects occurring during the warranty period should be reported via the Guarantor's website: https://molteforme.com/contact or in writing to the seller from whom the Product was purchased.

The Consumer must report the defect promptly after it is discovered, no later than 2 weeks from discovery. The report must include the Consumer's contact details, place of installation, a detailed description of the defect and its circumstances, and, if required, photographic documentation. The report must also include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice). Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the defective Product should not be returned to the Guarantor.

Warranty Services

Molteforme will review the claim within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Guarantor may, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product,

  2. Replace the product with a new, defect-free one, or

  3. Authorize a refund of the purchase price by the seller.

If repair is chosen, the Guarantor reserves the right to select the repair location (on-site or elsewhere). Molteforme covers repair and shipping costs.

The Consumer must make the defective product available for inspection; failure to do so may result in claim rejection. If repair occurs off-site, Molteforme (after prior arrangement) covers shipping costs, and the Consumer must properly secure the item. If the defect results from improper installation, the warranty claim becomes void. If additional disassembly costs are incurred due to improper installation, the Consumer bears those costs.
