Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

We hope you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason the product doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.

To make a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your shipment at info@molteforme.com. Please include your order number and your return request in the body of the email. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

Returned products must be returned in their original packaging, carefully secured, and at your own expense. We do not include a return label with the shipment. Once your return has been received and verified, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with applicable policies.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the value of the order.

  • Within Poland:
    Shipping is free for orders over 1000 PLN.
    For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 29 PLN.
  • Within the European Union:
    Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
    Shipping is free for orders over €400.
    The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed in the cart once the delivery address is entered during checkout.

  • Outside the European Union:
    Shipping costs are determined individually and depend on factors such as destination country, delivery method, and any applicable customs duties.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

What is the order processing time?

Order processing time depends on product availability. For items in stock, shipping usually takes place within 2–3 business days.
For custom orders, the production time is determined individually. Details will be confirmed via email after placing the order.

Can’t find the right product? Looking for a different size or color?

If you didn’t find the product variant you’re looking for – such as a shelf in a custom size or finish – feel free to contact us. We also handle custom orders.

Just send your inquiry to info@molteforme.com, preferably including a sketch or technical drawing.
Our team will review the feasibility, prepare a quote, and get in touch with you to discuss the details.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
