Shipment tracking


After placing the order, the products are first picked in the warehouse and then transported to the sorting office of the courier company.

After leaving the warehouse, the shipment tracking function starts. At this point, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link, thanks to which you will find out where your shipment is currently located.

Important! This function does not take effect immediately. Usually, it takes about 24 hours from the moment of shipment, and in exceptional cases up to 48 hours for the link to the shipment tracking website to work.

FedEx - the day before the package is delivered, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been shipped. You can track a package delivered by FedEx via this link - click here.
