Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY
Molteforme treats the protection of personal data as one of the priorities of its activities. Due to the huge number of customers who have trusted us and decided to make a purchase from our Distributors, or online, via the website www.molteforme.com , we feel particularly responsible for the security of personal data processed by us. Our goal is to provide current and proper information on matters related to the processing of personal data.
Below we present in detail the circumstances of our collection of information about you, our guest, client, contractor. Each time we will discuss the purpose and legal basis for which we collect your personal data, indicate the scope of the data collected, and also inform you about the period for which this personal data will be processed by us. In addition, we will inform you about all rights to which you are entitled, related to the processing of personal data by us. Remember that the processing of your data is always carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations, both domestic and those applicable within the European Union (including GDPR).
PERSONAL DATA, WHAT IS TO BE UNDERSTOOD BY THIS TERM AND WHAT THEIR PROCESSING MEANS
Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data will therefore include both data that allows us to determine the identity of a specific person and data that does not allow for immediate identification, but is, with a certain amount of cost, time and effort, especially when using easily accessible and publicly available sources, sufficient to determine it. In other words, personal data is not individual information with a high degree of generality, e.g. street name and house number or salary. However, this information will constitute personal data when it is combined with other additional information that can consequently be related to a specific person (e.g. name and surname). On the other hand, the concept of personal data processing covers practically all possible activities performed on personal data, regardless of whether they are carried out in an automated manner or not. Therefore, personal data processing will include, among others, collecting, storing, recording, organizing, modifying, viewing, using, sharing, limiting, deleting or destroying data.
WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of the data you provide in the cases described in this Privacy Policy is FINITURA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, postal code: 61-819 at ul. Stanisława Taczaka 24-103, entered into the National Court Register Poznań Nowe Miasto I Wilda, IX Commercial Division, KRS Number: 0001140133, REGON: 540257755, NIP: 7831917526.
ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We would like to point out that in most cases, the processing of your personal data by us is based on the premise of the performance of the contract or actions taken before the conclusion of the contract. In other words, we process your data to the extent necessary due to the fact that, for example, you have made a purchase or ordered goods offered by us, you are connected with us by an employment contract or we are connected by some kind of commercial contract (or you intend to enter into such a contract with us). We occasionally process your personal data due to the fact that applicable law requires it. For example, data contained in sales documents (e.g. VAT invoice) are processed by us due to the fact that the law requires the documentation of sales in a specific way, indicates the scope of data that must be included in such a document and specifies the period for which we are obliged to store this data. There are also situations in which we process your personal data based on your consent. Remember that we will always explicitly ask you to grant such consent. Such a request for consent will be presented in a way that allows it to be distinguished from other issues, in an understandable and easily accessible form, in clear and simple language. The last premise used by us to process your personal data is the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator, i.e. ours. The word "legitimately" does not mean that our interest must be based on applicable legal regulations (in such a situation we are dealing with processing required by law). Such an interest is, for example, monitoring the premises of our distributors' showrooms or conducting a customer satisfaction survey. At the same time, we would like to assure you that whenever we intend to process personal data based on our legitimate interest, we try to analyze and balance our interest and the potential impact on you (positive and negative) of this specific processing activity, and also process personal data only and exclusively in situations in which your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms to which you are entitled do not override our interests.
WHEN AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
First of all, we would like to inform you that without your express consent, FINITURA Sp. z o.o. does not share your personal data with any third parties that could use this data for their own purposes. An exception to the above rule is sharing some of your personal data with authorized and State bodies (including offices), operating on the basis and within the framework of applicable law, banks that receive data from us related to financial transactions, and postal operators and courier/transport companies that deliver goods purchased from us.
In addition, we would like to point out that we share your personal data with third parties that provide specific services to us. Among such service providers, we can distinguish in particular:
-
The law firm that handles any complaints you may have submitted on our behalf, IT companies that manage and service our IT infrastructure, entities that provide us with marketing services, in particular those related to tools using cookies,
-
entities that provide us with advisory services, including law firms,
-
entities running our hotline - Customer Service Office,
-
and third parties cooperating with us in the performance of specific contracts concluded with you.
However, we would like to assure you that these service providers have been appropriately selected by us and are obliged, under appropriate agreements, to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our guidelines and for the purpose strictly defined by us.
We would also like to inform you that in some cases your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. This applies primarily to entities offering tools for monitoring, controlling and collecting information about your activity on our websites and the use of cookies, as well as entities offering e-mail delivery. However, we would like to assure you that in such situations we have taken all necessary measures to ensure adequate protection of the transferred personal data, including by sharing data with countries and entities that, according to the European Commission, ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, or are members of appropriate associations or programs, e.g. Privacy Shield, or by transferring data only on the basis of an agreement using so-called standard contractual clauses, taking into account the EU requirements regarding the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.

-
the right to delete data,
-

Remember that you can always lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE
This Privacy Policy is subject to regular audits and its content may change, in particular in the event of changes in legal regulations, new guidelines from bodies responsible for supervising personal data protection processes or the emergence of codes of good practice for commercial industries. We would also like to point out that the type of services we provide, as well as the methods of obtaining and processing data, will change over time. This Policy will be updated regularly to reflect these changes. WHAT DATA DOES MOLTEFORME PROCESS?
Molteforme offers users various services that can be used in different ways. Depending on whether you contact us online, by telephone, in person or in any other way and which services you use, different data from different sources are processed. You provide us with much of the data that we process yourself when you use our services or contact us, for example when you register and provide your name, email address or postal address for this purpose. We also obtain technical device data and access data that are automatically recorded when you interact with our services. This may, for example, be information about your device. We collect other data as part of our own data analyses (e.g. as part of market research and in the form of customer analysis). Where necessary, we also obtain user data from third parties, for example from news agencies and payment service providers.
When we talk about "user data", we mean personal data. This is all information that we can use to identify you immediately or in combination with other information. Examples: your name, telephone number, customer number, order number or email address. All information that does not allow you to be identified (also in combination with other information) is considered non-personal data. Non-personal data is also referred to as anonymous data. If we combine your personal data with anonymous data, all data in such a package is considered personal data. If we remove personal data from your information or data package, the remaining data in this data package is no longer considered personal data. This procedure is referred to as anonymisation. As a general rule, if we ask you to provide certain personal information, you can of course refuse our request. You decide what information you provide to us. However, in such a case, we will probably not be able to provide you with the selected services (or they will not be available to you in an optimal manner). For example, we cannot deliver a package without providing a delivery address. If only certain information (mandatory information) is required in connection with a specific service, we will inform you about this by means of an appropriate marking.
